Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, advance notice is appreciated.
- Clients should contact GLAMOURS NEST as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of a deposit or additional booking requirements.
- Any applicable cancellation or no-show charge will be communicated according to the booking terms provided at the time of appointment.
5. Refunds
Payments and deposits are subject to the refund terms applicable to the service purchased.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Service-specific refund or adjustment terms, if applicable, will be communicated to the client before or at the time of purchase.

If you believe there is an error with a payment, please contact GLAMOURS NEST directly so that we can review the transaction and work toward a resolution.
